On average most clients will need between 2 and 4 consultations, though this will vary
depending on the individual needs of the client.  All information given is objective and confidential (in line with the Data Protection Act).

Once an initial appointment has been made, a questionnaire and 6 day food diary will be sent to you, which you will need to complete and bring to your appointment.  

The first consultation will take around 1 hour 15 minutes and will focus on information gathering, initial sign and symptom assessment, goal setting and dietary feedback, as well as introducing functional testing and supplementation if required.

Any subsequent consultations will take around 45 minutes and will include further symptom analysis, ailment and dietary feedback, goal and progress monitoring, analysis of results if applicable.

Each consultation may also include (where indicated) monitoring of BMI (Body Mass Index), weight and blood pressure (this does not replace, but is in addition to any test your GP may recommend).

Price Structure:

First Consultation: £45

Follow on Consultations: £35

Payment can be made by cash or cheque / Daily corporate fees are supplied upon request

nb. Additional costs may apply for diagnostic testing and supplementation (if required), these options will be discussed fully at your consultation and only pursued if appropriate and with your consent.
